HUAYIN 10kg waste mini pyrolysis /plastic tire pyrolysis line for feeding machine mini cost

This is our smallest demo running waste plastic tire pyrolysis to oil machine. you can put 10kg waste materials into the reactor, after 1-2hours, the oil will come out.

 The raw materials would be various and different, like tyre,plastic, aluminium,oil sludge, ect.

Through this machine, you can get plastic oil, carbon black and syngas which can be recycled to the furnace to heat the reactor again.

 5.  Easy loading&unloading&transportation.

Working process:

1. Put raw materials into reactor by auto-feeder, then heat the reactor. Do not stop heating the reactor when the temperature reaches nearly 250 degree Celsius, waste tyre will be transferred to oil gas.

2. The oil gas will be cooled by condenser to liquid oil then collected by oil tank.

3. The exhaust gas which can not be cooled to liquid oil will be recycled to heat the reactor. Smoke produced during processing can achieve national emission standard through dual desulfurization and dusting removal device.

 1. Clients often use it for testing their different unknown raw materials to see if there is any oil yield.

 2. Clientsd also use it as a model to show their government to get a license easily.

 3. Clients also buy it for trail for their first time to do this project.

 Using  two wood boxes to load the machine. One box is used to load the reactor , and the other box is used to load the cooling device.
