The function of the waste tire/plastic pyrolysis plant is to convert various kinds of waste tires like car tyres , motorcycle tires, bicycle tires, and OTR tires , plastic scrap to fuel oil, carbon black, steel wire, and syngas. Due to the advantages of environmentally friendly, energy-saving, high safety level, and large profit of this equipment, it is widely used for the treatment of waste rubber and plastic products.
Output product and usage
1. Fuel oil: Widely used as fuel oil in industries such as steel and iron factories, ceramics or chemical industries or hotels, restaurants etc. or used for generators to get electricity.
2. Carbon black: used for construction bricks with clay, also can be used as fuel.
3. Steel wires: Sold or reprocessing
4. Combustible gas: Can be recycled and used during the process as fuel.

Safety: Alarm, auto pressure releasing device, anti backfire device, vacuum pump to ensure the machine working smoothly.
Oil-water separator: Its water sealing design ensures that oil and gas are separated and combustible gas can not return to the reactor.
The inner reactor body and outside insulation cover have good airtightness, avoiding heating loss and saving fuel.
The combustible gas that cannot be further cooled down into fuel oil will be recycled to the furnace for heating the reactor, maximizing resource utilization.
The cooling water adopts a circulating mode, which is pollution-free, no discharging, and recyclable.
High efficiency discharging: Adopt screw conveyor discharging device, discharge carbon black in sealed condition, no pollution and save labor and time.
Fast installation: All of the condensing parts have been installed together before delivery from the factory, saving installation time and ensuring welding quality.
Auto feeder machine to feed raw material automatically, save labor and time.
Step 1: Feeding (2 hours). Feed tyres into reactor manually or with auto feeder;
Step 2: Preheating (2-4hours). Tyres gradually melts under high temperature and oil gas comes out;
Step 3: Oil producing peak (8-10 hours). Oil gas goes through the cooling system and is cooled down into liquid fuel oil; some oil gas that cannot be further cooled down into liquid fuel oil under common temperature and common pressure ("syngas") will be recycled to furnace for heating, saving your fuel;
Step 4: Cooling (4 hours). After the oil processing process is completed, leave the plant for cooling.
Step 5: Carbon black discharging (1-2 hours). Use a fully-sealed carbon black discharging system to discharge carbon black.
Step 6: Pulling out steel wire (0.5h).
The engineer will be sent to your place to Guide Installation, Test running, and Training of workers.
Besides, Installation preparation manuals will be sent to you so that you can do relevant preparation work before our engineer arrives.
3D drawing, layout drawing, and foundation drawing will be provided based on your land size and other specific requirements.
